Tittle: Buffalo Wings
Cook time: 40 minutes
Level: Medium
Serving: 20

Ingredients:
4 pounds chicken wings
4 tablespoons margarine, melted
3 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
4 tablespoons Louisiana hot sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
Blue cheese dip:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar or white vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400F.

Remove and discard small tip of each wing. Cut wings into two pieces at the joint.

Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray. Arrange wings on rack.

Broil 15 to 20 minutes turning several times until wings are tender.

In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients, stir. Add cooked wings, toss to coat well.

Return wings to broiler pan rack and cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes.

Remove and put on platter.

Blue Cheese Dip: Combine dip ingredients - sour cream, mayonnaise, blue cheese, vinegar, and garlic - in a blender or food processor. Blend or pulse until smooth. Cover and chill up to a week.

Personal Suggestion: Buffalo wings are named after the city of Buffalo, New York, where they originated. Traditional Buffalo style chicken wing sauce is composed of two ingredients: a vinegar-based cayenne pepper hot sauce and margarine or butter. Serve this  recipe with blue cheese dip, celery sticks and  French  fries.
