Cook Time: 15 minutes

Serving: 2
Hello friends, “Buffalo sauce” is a term given for a sauce used on a popular appetizers called buffalo wings or chicken wings. It’s like a spicy barbecue sauce that is a little hot. The traditional Buffalo Style sauce is composed of two ingredients: A vinegar- based cayenne pepper hot sauce and butter or margarine. Enjoy this great sandwich recipe with family and friends.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
1/2 large onion, thinly sliced
1/2 pkg beef sandwich steaks, cut into wide strips
1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
4 slices Cheddar or American cheese
4 each Whole Grain Bread slices
Directions:
Heat oil in a medium skillet over high heat. Cook onion until tender. Set apart.
Add beef steaks to same skillet. Cook about 3 minutes. Drain well. Stir in Buffalo Wing Sauce; heat through.
Divide onion and steaks evenly among the bread. Top each sandwich with 2 slices cheese.
Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet. Heat in 300°F oven about 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve immediately.
Personal Suggestion: I like to serve this sandwich with french fries and onion rings. You can add more sauce, cheese and onions, depending on your taste.
