Budin Orange and Chocolate Covered – Christmas Food

With the unbeatable combination of chocolate and orange pudding gives a light to those who do not like the traditional Christmas pudding with nuts.
Ingredients:

Cake:
140g butter, softened
225g self-raising flour
1 ½ tsp yeast
Superfine sugar 225g blond
3 large eggs
6 tbsp milk
Bark finely grated 1 large orange
Coverage:
3 tbsp orange juice
Superfine sugar 50g blond
50g of black chocolate, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 º C. Grease and line a rectangular mold. Put all the cake ingredients in a dish and beat until the dough lightly. Previously fed into the oiled pan and cook until golden and firm.
Heat the orange juice and sugar over low heat, stirring until it dissolved. Remove cake from oven and add the juice mixture. Allow to cool in the pan, release and let cool completely.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (or microwave oven over medium heat, 1-2 minutes). Cover the pudding and let it settle before cutting.
Personal Suggestion: Serve this delicious cake for dessert for Christmas dinner celebration. If you prefer you can also make coverage with white chocolate.
