Roquefort (also known as Blue Cheese) is a French cheese from sheep milk , for cold consumption is often used in small quantities and to appreciate their strength with greater capacity in flavor and bouquet. The blue cheese is used to create sauces and dressings to different dishes.
Ingredients:

- 1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions:
