Blue Cheese Dip – Appetizer’s

Hello Friends, this next recipe “Blue Cheese Dip” is a delicious cheese dip recipe. The blue cheese is called veining, spots of green or blue (more green than blue). It is made from cow’s milk. The cheese is semi-soft. Its green streaks are due to the presence of penicillin hesitate to install it in their maturation process. Enjoy this great dip recipe with your family.



 

Ingredients:
2 cups sour cream, 16 ounces
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese

Directions:

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and white pepper; mix well.

Add blue cheese; stir softly.

Freeze the blue cheese dip for at least ½ hour.

Makes about 3 1/2 cups of blue cheese dip.

 

Personal Suggestion: This is an easy and tasty dip recipe. Serve with mixed vegetables, crackers; baked or  fried potatoes .
