Blackberry Mousse - Valentines Day

Celebrating Valentine’s Day is the perfect excuse to cook delicious and romantic desserts. the following recipe is a delicious blackberry mousse.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup butter
- ¼ cup sweet cream
- 2 tbsp of sparkling wine
- 2 tbsp cassis liqueur
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg white
Directions:
Cream butter with sugar, then add the berries until you get a good mix. Add the sweet cream, wine and cassis liqueur.
Beat egg whites until stiff and add in a surround mix of blackberries. Finally, pour into glasses.
Personal Suggestion: To present the dessert, you can decorate with fruits like blueberries, strawberries and mint leaves.
