Hello friends. the following recipe is a delicious dish from Spain. Slight and digestive recipe and does not require waivers to the pleasure of eating rich. The beer, which loses all the alcohol in cooking, gives a great taste of chicken stew. Ideal served with rice. Enjoy this great European recipe with family and friends.
Ingredients:
1 medium chicken cut in pieces
2 large onions
1 can beer
1 cup cognac
olive oil
salt
pepper
Directions:
Seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper.
In a medium saucepan, add in the fund with oil and heat.
Chop the onion into large wedges, four or six each.
Cook until a couple of minutes to brown the onion.
Increase heat to high and put the chicken in the casserole dorando just 3 or 4 minutes more.
Reduce the heat and pour the beer and the brandy in the pan.
Cook until the alcohol has reduced completely and just brown the chicken well, half an hour.
Personal Suggestion: This chicken tastes expectacular. Serve this dish with french potatoes and rice.
