Beef Stew - French Food

French cuisine is one of the most important worldwide. Some of the characteristics of French cuisine is its presentation, its capacity in terms of raw materials and mixing ingredients. French chefs have many skills, they can submit a dish made with simple ingredients and give a touch of glamor adding exquisite sauces.
Ingredients:
- 800 grams of beef without bones back
- 3 soup spoons of butter
- 1 carrot
- 2 soup spoons of flour
- 1 onion
- 1 egg yolk
- ½ stalk of leeks
- ½ cup cream
- ½ coffee spoon of salt
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch dried thyme
- 1 pinch of white pepper
- 1 liter of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley soup
- 8-10 Shallots
- 1 stalk celery
- 400 grams of mushrooms
Directions:
Cut the meat into pieces of 3 cm.
Cut the vegetables and let cook in an open pan with the meat, salt, thyme and ¾ liter of broth.
Peel the shallots and cook in the remaining chicken broth for 15 minutes, remove and place them next to the shallots.
Put the meat along with vegetables in a sieve and add to mushrooms.
Let thicken the broth and reduce by half.
Gently fry the flour in butter, add the broth and let simmer.
Mix egg yolk and cream, season with salt and pepper.
Pour the meat, mushrooms, shallots to the sauce, and sprinkle with parsley.
Personal Suggestion: This stew is a classic French recipe. Serve this rich stew with white rice and a baked potatoes.
