Hello Friends, the following recipe is an easy and delicious baked rice with mushrooms. Mushrooms have stimulant properties, strengthen the system of defenses, replace meat as a source of protein, blood thinner, preventing cancer, reduce levels of bad cholesterol and antivirals. Ingredients:
2 can rice
2 cans beef consomme
2 sticks butter, melted
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1 can mozarrela cheese, shredded
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large large baking casserole, combine the rice with the beef consome, butter, onion and mushrooms, stir well.
Bake uncovered approximately for 1 hour.
15 minutes before complete 1 hour, open the oven, remove the caserole and spread over the grated cheese.
Continue baking for 15 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
Personal Suggestion: The baked rice is delicious, if you want to use as an accompaniment to a meal is ideal to accompany meat or chicken, if you want to use it as a main dish, you can add 1 cup of shredded chicken to the recipe and the taste and texture will also delicious.
