There are many ways to glaze a cut of meat in the oven, my favorites for the leg or loin of pork is the orange marmalade. Is applied with a kitchen brush across the surface of the meat before the last half hour of baking.

Ingredients:

  • 2 kg. pork leg
  • 3 tbsp strong mustard Coarse
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 1 / 2 teaspoon rosemary
  • Teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C, mix the mustard, garlic, rosemary and pepper. Spread the meat with it.

Refrigerate the meat for 24 hours.

Handle the meat in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until well done cooked.

Let stand for 10 minutes outside the oven and cut into slices.

Personal Suggestion: This is a very typical dish on Christmas Eve in Latin America, can be served with baked apples, salad and a baked potatoes.
