Baked Pork Ham - Christmas Food

On Christmas Eve invitation to celebrate a special dinner for the whole family. We will be preparing a selection of dishes for all tastes and budgets. What is important to success when cooking, do it with love and a little creativity. The rest is done alone.
Ingredients:
- 1 leg of pork 5 to 6 pounds
- 2 tablespoons annatto seed
- 4 tablespoons salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup onion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons oregano
Directions:
Separate all the fat that is attached to the meat and rub with lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of salt and let sit for 2 hours.
Put the blender with water, annatto, oregano, salt, garlic, onion, blend for 4 minutes until a paste is formed. Click with a knife and rub with this preparation, try to enter the dressing on the incisions.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and roast until meat is well browned, to see if meat is cooked click in the center and must leave a clear fluid.
Calculate half an hour per pound of meat, for cooking.
You can varnish with a little peach jam liquefied and heated in water bath. Then make small cuts not deep into squares and garnish with cherries and pineapple tidbits puff.
Personal Suggestion: This dish you can serve with a baked potato, mashed potatoes or green salad and a rich flavored rice
