The baked chicken wings are easy dish to prepare, it’s very useful when we have a large number of guests. They are also very tasty and the recipe is quite original.
Ingredients:
- 800 gr. chicken wings
- 5 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 600 gr. small potatoes
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
Directions:
Wash and dry the skin leaving wings.
They put in a large bowl and seasoning to taste with honey and pepper.
Toss to soak well.
Letting them soak an hour in the refrigerator.
Peel and cut potatoes into thin slices.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary, drizzle with oil and stir.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Put the sliced potatoes in a baking dish, drain the wings and put them over the potatoes.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Personal Suggestion: Serve the wings on individual plates with potatoes (fried or baked) as a bed and a vegetables salad.
