Hello Friends, this next recipe “Baked cauliflower” is a healthy and delicious recipe. The cauliflower is a vegetable from the Eastern Mediterranean Region (Syria and Lebanon), the main component of the cauliflower is water, is a food of low caloric intake. It is considered a good source of fiber and vitamin C and minerals.  Enjoy this great accompaniment recipe with your family.

Ingredients:
1 Cauliflower
1 cup Béchamel sauce
½ cup Grated cheese
4 Tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Salt

Directions:

In a saucepan over high heat, cook cauliflower in water a few minutes. (4 or 5 minutes)

Preheat oven to 175 º C.

Spread a baking pan with butter.

Chopped the cauliflower and place it in baking pan source, add  the  salt.

Put over the béchamel sauce and the grated cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is almost golden.

Serve immediately.

 

Personal Suggestion: The Baked cauliflower is an easy and healthy accompaniment for any dish, you can serve it with chicken or meat. If you like bacon you can add to the béchamel sauce 1 / 4 cup toasted and chopped bacon.
