Bailey’s Cake - St. Patrick’s Day
Title: Bailey’s Cake

Ingredients:
1/2 cup baileys Irish cream
1 cup chocolate chips (use regular size semi sweet)
3/4 cup oil
1 yellow cake mix
1 large box instant chocolate pudding
4 eggs at room temperature
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
Cover:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Baileys
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350c.
Combine all cake ingredients excluding the chocolate chips on medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips.
Grease and flour a baking pan. Transfer in batter and bake for 1 hour.
Cool and remove from pan.
Put glaze on top of the cake when it is completely cool.
Personal Suggestion: This recipe is wonderful, it is so moist, delicious and very easy to make. This cake is one of the best Holiday favorite recipe as family as friends will be love it. Enjoy this great dessert in your St. Patrick’s dinner.
