Ingredients:
3 apples, peeled
1 cup apple juice
1 cup plain milk
1 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons honey
Directions:
Cut apples into quarters.
Remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
Personal Suggestion: This drink is very easy to prepare, you can use any variety of apples, preferably red because they are sweeter. Serve this delicious shake with a slice of vanilla cake.
