Apple Soup – Mexican Food

Ingredients:
1 Apple pulp
2 tsp Unsalted butter
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender for mixing, and add a little chicken broth.
Put to cook in a frying pan, 5 to 10 min. Approx.
Serve immediately.
Personal Suggestion: The best apples are the ones who are no hard and soft parts. Avoid those that are discolored within each variety, keep them in plastic bags in the refrigerator after purchase to prevent further ripening apples can keep up to six weeks.
