Apple Salad – Valentine’s Day
Tittle: Apple Salad
Cook time: 10 minutes
Level: Easy
Serving: 8
Ingredients:
6 apples, chopped (8 cups)
4 stalks celery, chopped (2 cups)
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
1 cup chopped pitted dates
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons milk

Directions:
Combine the first four ingredients in a large bowl, toss well.
Combine mayonnaise, sugar and milk; stirring until blended. Add mayonnaise mixture to apple mixture, tossing to coat. Cover and freeze before serving.
Personal Suggestion: Salads are a flavourful start of a nice dinner. You can serve this at a dinner party. It’s a fantastic salad for all occasions, even just for a simple healthy lunch for your family.
