Hello Friends, this next recipe “Apple cake” is an appetizing cake recipe. The apple fruit is considered more complete, because of its multiple inputs and that its characteristics are vitamins and minerals. It also acts as slimming, diuretic, eat apples give you vitamin C, fiber, antioxidants, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, iron, vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, vitamin E, folic acid and niacin. Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
4 cups diced apples
2 cups flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, oil, eggs and the apples.
Sift together in another bowl the Flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Insert the dray ingredients to the apple mixture, mix until uniformly combined.
Pour into a greased cake pan.
Bake for 1 hour.
Serve as warm or cold, as you like.
Personal Suggestion: This is an easy cake recipe, if you like walnuts you can add some chopped nuts to the recipe. Serve this cake with a glass of milk as a snack very delicious and nutritious for your children.
