Ingredients:
3 eggs
14 oz condensed milk
4 cups bread cubes
2 cups apples, cored and finely chopped
1 3/4 cups hot milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cups raisins (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In large bowl, beat eggs; add condensed milk, apples, milk, butter, cinnamon and vanilla.
Add the raisins and bread cubes, wholly moistening bread.
Turn into buttered square baking pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool slightly, serve warm.
