The “Crostini” are slices of bread smeared with garlic, olive oil and toast in the oven, with top of various ingredients; is a delicious Italian dish, a sort of rustic snack which you can add many ingredients.

Bread:
2 cups flour
5 g yeast sesame seeds
1 / 2 cups warm water
50 g butter
Crostini:
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 Tomato 100 grams of ham
200 grs. mozzarella
100g Parmesan cheese

Title: Chicken Chow Mein

The “Chow Mein” is a Chinese-American dish, consisting of vegetables, meat, shrimps, served with fried noodles.
Ingredients:
- 250 g package of egg noodles medium sized
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 280 g cooked chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 red pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
- 100 g shiitake mushrooms in sheets
- 6 spring onions sliced
- 100 g bean sprouts
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
