Title: Butter Cookies

Butter cookies formerly emerged with coffee and tea. Today, this kind of cookies are one of the favorite candy of the smallest as well as rich are very simple and fun to make.
Ingredients:
- 125 grams butter
- 50 grams sugar
- 170 grams flour
Directions:
In a bowl put flour, sugar and butter
With clean hands mix everything very well to obtain a homogeneous and consistent. At first it seems you have to curdle due to the large amount of flour, but after working the dough for a while takes shape and consistency.
Once the dough is ready is divided equally and given the desired shape by ensuring that each biscuit has a thickness of about half a centimeter.
Then each cookie is placed carefully on a previously floured tray.
Place the tray in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
At the time that the cookies begin to be withdrawn from the oven roasted and cooled. After cooling can be removed from the tray and are ready for testing.
Personal Suggestion: These cookies can be modified by adding a teaspoon of cocoa, nuts and cinnamon in mixing the dough giving it a unique flavor and characteristic.
