Hello Friends, this is a casserole with seafood taste. in the ingredientes we are going to use shrimps. Shrimp is a type of seafood, especially crustacean an elongated body. Shrimp is one of the most seafood recommended for its many nutritional benefits, among which worth mentioning, its high protein and low in fat and calories; it is also a rich source of vitamin B3, B12, folic acid and vitamin D. Ingredients:

1 small can crabmeat, rinsed and drained
2 1/2 c cooked shrimp
1 small can water chestnuts, sliced thin
1 small can mushroom pieces
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup green pepper
2/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup celery
2 cups milk
1 can cheese soup
3/4 shredded cheese
3/4 cup bread crumbs, combined with 3 tbsp melted butter
